We developed Otobitz Body Repair, which was successfully implemented in several Honda dealerships, strengthening our position in the automotive retail technology sector.
Strategic Partnership with Honda
We began developing a Web-based Workshop Management System for Honda Dealers, marking our first large-scale deployment.
During this year, we also launched Otobitz Mobile Service, enhancing dealer operational mobility.
Innovation & Integration
We published multiple web-based modules including Spare Parts, Stock Management, Sales, and Document Handling for Police Registration, introducing more automation across dealership processes.
Embracing Modernization
We started modernizing our product line under the Otobitz brand, adopting the latest cloud-ready technologies to improve scalability and reliability.
Entering the Mobile Era
We published Mobile Apps for Dealers, offering real-time access to key operational data and reports from anywhere.
Transition to Cloud Platform
We developed Otobitz Cloud, a fully integrated, web-based DMS platform designed for multi-branch automotive groups.
This marked our shift from traditional systems to a modern cloud architecture.
Diversifying into Non-Automotive Sectors
We launched eCR BCA, embedded within Otobitz, and introduced a Payroll Module integrated with the Otobitz Finance Module.
Additionally, we developed CRM-Lite Apps and Aftersales Performance Boards, supporting customer relationship management and service excellence beyond the automotive domain.
Strengthening the Ecosystem
We introduced new modules including Wholesale, FSC (Fleet Service Center), and Payroll & Mobile Reporting, enhancing the Otobitz ecosystem with end-to-end operational visibility and control across dealership functions.
Otobitz Cloud Enhancement
We continued expanding the Otobitz Cloud platform with new enterprise-ready modules such as Procurement, Budget, and Asset Management, enabling integrated business operations.
In the same year, we began deploying Otobitz Cloud across all modules, covering Showroom, Aftersales–General Repair, Aftersales–Body & Paint, and Accounting systems.
Compliance & Integration
We launched the Used Car Module, enhanced with Mobile Appraisal features, and introduced the Mobile Sales Force app to streamline daily sales activities.
Additionally, we implemented e-JACB, ensuring full compliance with Toyota’s standard requirements, fully integrated within the Otobitz/IAMS ecosystem.
